Returns/Refunds

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Due to personalisation, custom print products and custom or non-stock colours cannot be returned under our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

To be eligible for a return you must be a full paying customer.

The product and all accessories must be returned undamaged and as-new condition, in full working order, in original packaging and with a copy of your proof of purchase. Shadowspec has absolute discretion to determine whether the above conditions have been satisfied entitling you to a refund under this offer.

To be eligible for a refund, the umbrella must have been used and maintained according to the Care and Instructions supplied.

Products that are stained or damaged will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Only valid for the Shadowspec Serenity™ and Shadowspec Unity™ Models 

The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not valid if the product is not purchased from Shadowspec Umbrellas or it’s Official Dealers or Distributors.

The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is limited to two units per customer and cannot be used to exchange for another colour or size.

Shipping

Installation labour & shipping costs for your umbrella are not covered under this agreement 

Website Orders

The materials/products/freight appearing on Umbrello’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Umbrello may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. 

An Umbrello Representative will contact you directly with the phone number you have provided and notify you if the freight has been calculated incorrectly through the system and will be adjusted accordingly.
